Details

This is the general details of the event. Most details are required, with several optional sections

Name
The Name of the event.
Venue
The location of the event. You can get a list of the different venues by clicking on the Venue name. If you don't see the venues you consistently create events for, within "My Venues" you can talk to your client services support person to get it added.
Event Date
The date and start time of the event. Make sure to set this to the local time of the venue.
Display
On Approval: The event will not display in the Oztix Gig Guide until the event has been approved. Refer to the the "Dashboard" pane in order to determine what is needed before event approval.
On Custom Date: The event will display as soon as the date reaches the custom date set and the event has been approved.
Description (Long form)
The general description that you would like displayed with the event.
Categories
One or multiple categories must be selected. This will allow customers searching for events to see your event based on their filtered searches. We recommend putting as many relevant tags as possible, to give your event the most visibility in the gig guide.
Presented By (OPTIONAL)
If the event is presented by a third party or a specific booking agent that requires their name on the bill, you can put the details in here.
Special Guests (OPTIONAL)
If there are special guests listed on the bill.
Age Restrictions
15 Plus Licensed Ages 15+ allowed entry - Adults allowed to consume alcohol on premise
16 Plus Licensed Ages 16+ allowed entry - Adults allowed to consume alcohol on premise
18 Plus 18+ allowed entry - may be licensed or non-licensed event
18+ (unless accompanied by an adult) What is the difference between this and All Ages (Minors must be accompanied by an adult)???
All Ages All ages allowed entry - Children do not need to be accompanied by an adult - unlicensed venue
All Ages (Minors must be accompanied by an adult)What is the difference between this and 18+ (unless accompanied by an adult)???
All Ages Licensed All ages allowed entry. Adults are allowed to consume alcohol on premise
Under 18 only Adults are not allowed entry to the event
