Search

Search Bar

Type a word in the search bar and watch the event list update automatically as you type. You can search via the event name or the venue.

Create new event

This starts the “Create a new Event” process which is covered in the next section.

Refine Results

Function: Filter the results in the results pane based on various properties:
Select the checkboxes that you want to include in the results pane. By default, all Draft and Live events scheduled for the future will be shown in the results pane.

History

By default, all future events are shown. Select the “Include Past Events?” toggle box if you want to see past events.

Status (Draft / Live)

Filters by the status of the event. Live or Draft.

Venue

This is the various venues you’ve created events for

Event Name

The Name of the Event you provided when create the Event

Year

What year the events Start, and End date is set to

State

The various states and territories in Australia where events have been created.

Source

If you have used our legacy system or created an event outside of studio you may have different filtering options, otherwise you may only see Studio in the source list.

Results Pane

Function: Provides a preview of all events that meet your search criteria. This will initially show all future events and will dynamically update based on Search Terms in the Search bar and selections made in the Refine results section.
Use: Select a result to see the Event Details page and to modify the event
